RETURN Policy
EXCELLENT customer service is the number one goal for this site.
The garments sold on this site are primarily vintage or experienced clothing. This means that they may have slight signs of character. We do our best to inspect each piece of garment to ensure they are of the best vintage quality to date.
We measure our clothing lying flat and they are all measured in inches.
We understand safety. We do not use any cleaning agents on our garments as we are unaware of any allergic reactions to the buyers. We also understand that each buyer may have a specific method of caring for their vintage or experienced garment and we don't want to interfere with that process.
Our garments may or may not be ready to wear upon arrival. Please appropriately attend to them as the instructions are given for each piece of clothing or as you see fit.
Because our business is a very small operation, we are unable to offer refunds. Please contact us prior to buying any garment with any questions you may have. If you receive a garment and the piece is not as you expected we are more than willing to accept the return for a store credit. However, the return shipping costs rests solely upon the buyer.
The store credit is for the price of the item not including shipping. Store credit must be used within 14 days of item return. Credit must used on an item in the same category. When selecting another item, please make sure to email first so that arrangements can be made for shipping.
Customers that return items more than twice in a 6 month period will no longer be able to purchase from us. This is considered a nuisance and we are unable to handle the high volume of exchanges. It yields no profit and prevents others from buying items.
